Obituary of Aaron Michael Smith Hubbell Aaron Smith was called home to the Lord on October 18, 2008 after a tragic car accident. Aaron was a remarkable young man who despite a life of medical complications showed amazing grace and courage, and grew into a warm and loving young man. He has battled kidney problems since he was 11 years old. He has lived through a series of three kidney transplants and a major heart surgery. Aaron had a lifelong love of cars and there was nothing he couldn't drive. He challenged himself and completed school at Northern Michigan in Collision and body repair while going through dialysis three times pre week. This allowed him to get his dream job working in a local shop. Aaron worked for Keweenaw Automotive until his health no longer allowed him to continue. His life revolved around his family, friends, and his two sons Matthew and Andrew. Aaron never met a person he wouldn't help or try to make their day better. Hr gave of himself without hesitation. His love of the outdoors was legend and during the summer he could often be found at the breakers enjoying the waves. Aaron left a lasting mark on all the people who encountered him in his life, and left many friends and loved ones behind when he passed on to heaven. For those who he left behind our loss is heaven's gain. Aaron was survived by his two sons Andrew and Matthew, and their mother Andrea Tyler of Hubbell. Hr left behind many loved one including his parents Raymond and Kathleen Smith of Boston Location, and many siblings, Josh (Trudy) Smith-Toronto, Canada, Jessica (Lonnie) Markham-Marquette, Wade Smith-Houghton, Nick Smith-Marquette, Wyatt Smith- Hancock, Ashley (Joe Julio) Smith, Brandon Smith, Miranda Smith, Rebecca Smith, and Amanda Smith all of franklin Township. In addition he is survived by several nieces, nephews, and numerous cousins. One special cousin and life time friend was Jason Day-Appleton, WI. Several special friends also have shared Aaron's life and love of cars for a number of years, and were always there for him as true friends are.. To Jessie, Scott, Jay, and Kevin thank you., and to all of Aaron's friends that are too numerous to list may you always remember Aaron and the friendship you have shared. Friends are welcomed to join the family to share their memory's and times with Aaron Wednesday October 22, 2008, from 4 to 8 pm. in the Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Hancock where Fr.
