Obituary of Albert Charles Perrault Hancock Albert Charles Perrault, 63, a resident of Hancock, passed away Saturday May 31, 2008. Albert was born on October 20, 1944. He is the son of the late Albert D. and Kathryn (Stefanac) Perrault. Albert graduated from Hancock High School, was a U.S. Navy Veteran during the Vietnam Era serving in active duty on the JC Owens, completed police officer's training school at Soumi College, served as a police officer for the County of Houghton, was involved in the CB's and worked as a mason for the majority of his career. His hobbies included cribbage; coin, mineral, and stamp collecting; and gardening. Albert is preceded in death by several aunts and uncles. Surviving relatives included his children: (Ajay) Albert James Perrault, Randy Ernest Perrault, Heidi Leigh Swenson, Peter Eric Perrault, and Renee Mary Peters; his grandchildren; Nicole, Stephanie, Charlotte, Sara, Brandon, Sarah, Elisa, Ryan, Kevin, Minnie, Andrew, Noah, Matthew, and Natalie; his sisters: Ceil, Carol, Gracia; numerous nephews, nieces, uncles, and aunts; two special childhood friends: Bill Jarvi and (Butch) Robert Ojala; plus many other dear relatives and friends. Funeral services for Albert will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday June 3, 2008, at the Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Hancock with Pastor Paul Marin to officiate. Burial will be in the Lakeside Cemetery of Hancock where Alfred Erickson Post #186 American Legion of Hancock will hold Military rites.
