Bonnie Claire Manderfield

South Range

Bonnie C. Manderfield, 74, a resident of South Range, unexpectedly passed away Friday, February 7, 2025, at her home.

She was born on August 19, 1950, in Hancock, a daughter of the late Ronald and Joyce (Sjostrand) Paulson. Bonnie was raised in South Range and was a graduate of Jeffers High School. She then attended Soumi College.

Bonnie resided for a short time in Marquette before moving to make her home in South Range.

Ms. Manderfield have worked as a Nurse's aide at the Houghton County Medical Care Facility until her retirement. More recently she had been working in the office at Little Brother's Friends of the Elderly.

Bonnie enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, camping, and going on road trips. She also enjoyed working on various sewing and crocheting projects.

Preceding her in death were her parents and her brother Gary Paulson.

Surviving are: Her sons: Jesse Manderfield and his children Ben Manderfield and Sylvie (Joey) Datto of Trimountain. Dylan (Nicole) Eastman and their children Grayson and Oliver of Tapiola Her siblings: Ron Paulson of South Range, Carrie (Brian) Maki of South Range and Wendy Anderson of South Range. Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

A private celebration of life for Bonnie is tentatively planned for later this year.
