Dennis H. Byers, of Hancock, M.I., passed away on August 11, 2024 after an illness. He was 69 years old.

Dennis was married to Doreen B. Byers (Nydam) for 39 years. In support of his family, he worked with Lapp Electric as an Electrician and then Vice President of Operations and later at Dematic as a Control Systems Engineer.

Born in Lancaster, P.A., he was the son of the late Thomas "Pete" and Claire Marie Byers (Graver).

In addition to his wife, Dennis is survived by his sons: Dennis (husband of the late Angel) Byers Jr., Dwayne (Andrea) Byers, and Grant Byers and his daughters: Nicolle (Shane) Gatten and Cortney (Andy) Hauer along with 9 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and his siblings Doug Byers and Darlene Wikel.

Preceding Dennis in death is his sister Donna Goldberger and great-granddaughter Eliana.
