Obituary of Doris Calhoun Doris A. Calhoun, age 47, of Hutchinson, Minnesota passed away Friday, January 18, 2008, at her home in Hutchinson, MN. Doris Ann Calhoun was born on June 16, 1960, in Hancock, Michigan. She was the daughter of Marvin and Kathryn (Koski) Moilanen. Doris was baptized as an infant, and was later confirmed in her faith as a youth. She received her education in Hancock and White Pine, Michigan, and was a graduate of the White Pine High School Class of 1978. Doris furthered her education at Northern Michigan University where she earned an Associates Degree in Child Development. On August 20, 1983, Doris was united in marriage to Daniel Calhoun in White Pine, Michigan. This marriage was blessed with 2 children, Mark and Erin. Doris and Daniel resided in Hutchinson, Minnesota. They shared 24 years of marriage. Doris is survived by her: Husband, Daniel Calhoun Children, Mark Calhoun Erin Calhoun Parents, Marvin and Kathryn Moilanen Twin Sister, Denise O'Hara and her husband, Dan Sisters, Sheryne Stoddard and her husband, Keith Sheila Marmor Carrie Zobro and her husband, Joe Susan Hartfeild Brother, Marvin Moilanen Parents-In-Law, William and Victoria Calhoun Nieces, Nephews, many other relatives and friends. Funeral Services for Doris will be held 3:00 P.M., at the Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church of Hancock on Saturday, January 26, 2008, with Rev. Scott Luetz to officiate. Spring burial will be in the Lakeside Cemetery of Hancock. Friends may call on Saturday January 26, 2008, at the Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church from 2 p.m. until time of services. The Memorial Chapel Funeral home of Hancock has been assisting the family with the local arrangements.
