Obituary of Doris Kyllonen South RangeDoris V. Kyllonen, 80, a former resident of South Range and presently a resident patient at Portage Pointe in Hancock passed away Friday afternoon March 9, 2012, at the Portage Hospital following a lengthy illness.She was born on February 19, 1932, in Hancock, a daughter of the late John and Mayme (Kuru) Sutinen. Doris was raised in Liminga and attended the Redridge School. She graduated from the Houghton High School.In 1954 she was united in marriage to Kenneth Kyllonen. The couple had resided in Hancock, Paavola, Kalispell, MT, before making their home in South Range. While residing in Kalispell, Doris had worked for the Blue & White Motel and locally for the Copper Crown Motel. Kenneth preceded her in death in 2009.Doris was a member of the Old Apostolic Lutheran Church of Hancock.
