Obituary of Elsa Niebergall Lake Linden Elsa I. Niebergall, age 84, a resident of Lake Linden, passed away early Sunday morning, February 1, 2004, at the Keweenaw Memorial Medical Center in Laurium, where she had been a patient for the past 3 weeks. The former Elsa Lappalainen was born on September 4, 1919, in Mass City, MI, a daughter of the late John and Mary (Leyon) and attended the local schools. On March 31, 1940, she was united in marriage to Frederick Niebergall, and he preceded her in death on August 28, 1972. Along with her husband, preceding her in death were her parents; 2 sisters, Irma Lappalainen & Eva Hintta; and 1 brother, John Lappalainen. Survivng are: 1 Daughter, Mrs. Sandra L. Dill of Lake Linden 1 Grandson, David F. Dill of Warren 1 Sister, Anna Irene Oja of Dollar Bay 1 Niece, Susan (Tom) DeBruyn of Ray, MI 1 Nephew, Roger (Gerri) Oja of Tobanga, CA Memorial services will be held Saturday, February 7, 2004, at 11 A.M. at the Northwoods Christian Assembly Church in Calumet, with Rev.
