Obituary of Esther Sophie Parolini Baltic,Esther (Lawrence) Parolini, 90, a former resident of Baltic passed away late Saturday evening September 3, 2016, at the Franklin House of Portage Pointe where she had been a resident for the past two years.She was born on June 21, 1926, in Klingville, MI a daughter of the late Evert and Anna (Putala) Kukkonen. She was raised in Redridge and attended the Redridge School.On June 30, 1951 she was united in marriage to Lawrence Parolini. The couple has resided in Baltic since that time.Mrs. Parolini was a very active member of Grace Lutheran Church of South Range where she had helped her husband with the janitorial duties of the church for a number of years. She had also worked as a chamber maid for a number of hotels, such as the Vacationland Motel where she also helped manage the business when the owners would vacation. Esther loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.Also preceding her in death was her daughter Sally Marie and 5 brothers and sisters.Surviving are: Her husband: Lawrence Parolini of BalticHer children: Barbara (James) Manderfield of ChassellWilliam (Diane) Parolini of BalticJanet (Thomas) Raffaelli of Dearborn Heights, MIHer grandchildren: Lynn (Darren) Hietala and James ManderfieldHer great grandchildren: Marli and Sydni HietalaNumerous nieces, nephews and cousins.A private graveside service for Esther will be held in the Mt. View Cemetery of South Range, with Rev.
