Obituary of Florence Hakala Hubbell Florence L. Hakala, 80, a former resident of Hubbell, and presently of San Jose, CA, passed away early Tuesday, July 13, 2004, at the Good Samaritan Hospital in San Jose, California. The former Florence Sincock was born in St. Mary's Location on July 6, 1924, a daughter of the late Baden and Sylvia Sincock. She was formerly employed by General Electric Company Her husband, William Hakala, preceded her in death on Jan. 1, 2003. Surviving are: 3 Sons: Gary Hakala of San Jose, California Randy (Ruth) Hakala of Rohnert Park, California Billy Hakala of Redwood Valley, California 3 Daughters: Susan Lynn Hakala of Auburn, CA Nancy Florence Hakala of Auburn, CA Julie Ann Hakala of Willis, CA 8 Grandchildren 5 Great Grandchildren 1 Sister: Mrs. Gertrude (Jack) Walley of Hubbell Several Nieces, Nephews, & Cousins Graveside services will be held at a later date at the Forest Hill Cemetery in Houghton, MI.
