Obituary of James Williams HoughtonJames R. "Willy" Williams, 55, a resident of Houghton passed away Thursday March 7, 2013, at the Omega House in Houghton following a short illness.He was born on February 12, 1958, in Hancock a son of the late Reginald and Margaret (Poirier) Williams. Jim was a lifelong Houghton resident and graduated from the Houghton High School.Mr. Williams had first worked for Jim's Foodmart in Houghton and then for the City of Houghton Public Works Department until his retirement.
