Obituary of John Peryam Hancock John W. "Jack" Peryam, 60, a former resident of Ingot St., Hancock, passed away early Monday morning, April 3, 2006, at Our Lady of Mercy Convalescent Home in Hubbell where he had been a resident patient since May of 2005. He was born in Hancock on September 20, 1945, a son of Betty (Sullivan) and the late John W. Peryam. Jack attended the Hancock High School. Jack had worked for Dick Lob, Ron Amatto, the Gentleman's Choice, for many years at the Ambassador Restaurant as a prep-cook, retiring from Jim's Pizza in Hancock. Mr. Peryam was a former member of the B.P.O.E. # 381 of Hancock. Preceding him in death was his father John W. Peryam, his step-father Arthur White, and an infant brother Ronnie. Surviving are: His mother: Betty White of Houghton 2 Brothers: Donald (Pam) Peryam of Hancock Robert (Cindy) Peryam of Big Pine Key, FL 1 Aunt 2 Step-Aunts Numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins A Prayer Service for Jack will be held 11 A.M. Thursday April 6, 2006, in the Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Hancock, with Rev. Fr. Wayne Marcotte of the Church of Resurrection to officiate. Spring burial will be in the Forest Hill Cemetery of Houghton. Friends may call on Wednesday at the Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Hancock from 6 to 8 P.M. and on Thursday from 10 A.M. until time of services.
