Obituary of Keith Olson Chassell Keith J. Olson, 35, a resident of Hancock St., Chassell, passed away Friday evening February 18, 2005, at the Marquette General Hospital shortly after being admitted. He was born on August 6, 1969, in Hancock, a son of Carl B. and Ethel B. (Huuki) Olson. He was a graduate of the Jeffer's High School with the class of 1987 and graduated from Northern Michigan University. Mr. Olson has resided in Painesdale, Marquette, and for the past five years has made his home in Chassell. On December 15, 1990, he was united in marriage to the former Paula Deline. For the past nine years he has worked for mental health as a Direct Care Staff person in a group home. Keith is a member of the First Apostolic Lutheran Church of Atlantic Mine. He was a member of the Parent Advisory Board for the Copper Country Intermediate School District and had coached basketball for the Jeffer's Junior High School. Keith was an avid bowler along with his wife, they bowled at the Copper Bowl Lanes in Ripley. Preceding him in death was 1 brother: Carl Olson Surviving are: His wife: Paula 1 Son: Keith J. Spring burial to be in the Chassell Cemetery. Friends may call at the Memorial Chapel Funeral Home in Hancock on Tuesday February 22, 2005, from 4 - 8 P.M. and on Wednesday from 10 A.M. until time of services at the church.
