Obituary of Lucille Prout Houghton Lucille G. "Toots" Prout, 96, a resident of Houghton passed away Tuesday morning February 25, 2014, at the Omega House in Houghton. The former Lucille Wedge was born on December 31, 1917, in Houghton and was a graduate of the Houghton High School. She was a lifelong resident of Houghton. She was employed by Rentmaster's Clothing Store in Hancock, Cele's Bar in Hancock and Haas Clothing Store in Houghton. Lucille was a member of Grace Methodist Church of Houghton. Preceding her in death were her parents and her husband Thomas Prout in 1978. Surviving are: Her son: Thomas Prout of Bella Vista, AR 3 grandchildren 6 great grandchildren 2 great great grandchildren A graveside service for Lucille will be held later this spring in the Forest Hill Cemetery of Houghton.
