Obituary of Mary Hover Houghton Mary Ann Hover, 62, a resident of U.S. 41, Houghton, passed away Tuesday evening September 13, 2005, at the Portage Health Systems Hospital. The former Mary Ann Condron was born on June 20, 1943 in Cincinnati, OH, a daughter of the late George and Estelle (Carter) Condron. Mary Ann had resided for most of her lifetime in the Cincinnati, OH area. For over the past 8 years she has resided in the Copper Country on a part time basis. Mrs. Hover had worked for the Princeton City School for 29 years first as a teacher and then retiring as a school administrator. On January 11, 1980 she was united in marriage to William "Bob" Hover. Mary Ann enjoyed cooking, reading, and traveling in the United States. Surviving are: Her husband: William "Bob" Hover of Houghton 1 Aunt: Ida Carter of Cincinnati, OH Several cousins and many friends Funeral services for Mary will be held Friday September 16, 2005, at 1 P.M. in the Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Hancock, with Rev. Kenneth Storm to officiate. Burial will be in the Chassell Cemetery. Friends may call on Friday from 12 noon until time of service at the funeral home.
