Son of William and Alma Ruikka, he is survived by his wife, Carol; son Daran; grandson Ian; and brother Robert. Milt moved to Phoenix, AZ, and became successful in real estate sales and investment. Always a smile on his face and a cheerful word.
A small ceremony will be held on Tuesday, August 11 at 11:00 AM in South Range.
