Nicole Manquen (Juntunen)

Lebanon Ohio Nicole Louise Manquen, 49, a resident of Lebanon Ohio, passed away December 22, 2019 at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. She was born on July 23, 1970, in Hancock, the daughter of Arlen and Judy (Hannula) Juntunen. Nicole was a graduate of Houghton High School and attended Suomi College (Finlandia University) where she graduated with the class of 1991 with a bachelors degree in Nursing. She was an accomplished downhill skier and was a member or the National Ski Patrol. Her favorite vacations were returning to the UP with family and friends. Nicole is preceded in death by her father Arlen, her grandparents Matt and Lillian Juntunen and Alex and Emma (Berg) Hannula. She is survived by: Her three precious children Briana, Jenna and Alex. Her mother Judy Juntunen Her sisters Sherri (Wayne) Gaddis and Connie Jo Turner Her brother Tony (Deborah) Juntunen Her uncle Jerry (Karyn) Juntunen Her aunts Sharon Juntunen and Carole (Russ) Luttinen Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a close friend Wendy Miller A memorial service for Nicole will be held 12pm Saturday, January 4, 2020 at Grace Lutheran Church in South Range with Vicar Micah Cavaleri to officiate. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial will take place later in the spring in the Liminga Cemetery. In lieu of flowers or other expressions of sympathy, the family asks that donations be made to a charity of ones choice in Nicoles memory.
