Obituary of Patricia Jaehnig Houghton Patricia C. Jaehnig, 41, a resident of Waterworks Dr., Houghton, passed away Sunday afternoon March 4, 2007, at the Marquette General Hospital where she had been a patient for over the past 3 weeks. She was born on April 4, 1965, in Hancock, a daughter of the late Wallace and Sylvia (Kobe) Rintala. Patty attended and graduated from the Copper Country Christian School and Finlandia University as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She also attended Michigan Technological University. Particia had worked for Superior Home Nursing and Hospice as a Physical Therapist Assistant until this past December when illness would no longer allow her to work. Patty's was a member of Victory Christian Assembly Church of Baraga. Her love of the lord was strong and she loved to be in service to the lord. Preceding her in death where her parents and 2 Sisters. Surviving are: 2 Sons: Benjamin Jaehnig of Houghton Jordan Jaehnig of Houghton 2 Daughters: Angel (Dustin) Allman of New York, New York Christina Jaehnig of Minneapolis, MN 12 Brothers & Sisters: Barbara (Ken) Peterson of Sussex, WI John Rintala of Hancock David Rintala of Liminga Mary Grunwald of Oconomawoc, WI Dennis Rintala of Liminga Steve Rintala of Sullivan, WI James Rintala of Hancock Virginia Rintala of South Range Nancy Rintala of Hancock Kenneth (Kelly) Rintala of Sullivan, WI Sarah (Leonard) Roth of Atlantic Mine Catherine Puuri of Atlantic Mine Special Friends: Debbie (Jim) and Justus Gau of Hancock Jim Johnson of Atlantic Mine Numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins A memorial service for Patty will be held at 12 noon Thursday March 8, 2007, in the Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Hancock with Rev. David Hoover to officiate. Spring burial will be in the Forest Hill Cemetery of Houghton. Friends may call on Thursday March 8, 2007, from 10 a.m. until time of the services at the funeral home.
