Obituary of Robert M. Aho Robert M. Aho 82 passed away July 29th, 2015 in Union City, Ca. Bob was born March 24th,1933 to the late Eino Aho and Irene Niemi formerly of Greenland. He grew up and graduated in Detroit, Mi. Following graduation he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and after being discharged moved to California to work for the Southern Pacific Railroad until his retirement. During retirement he enjoyed golfing with his good friends and occasional trips to Reno, Nv. Bob is survived by numerous cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother John (Jack) Aho. Graveside services will be held September 30th, 2015 1:00 pm at the Maple Grove cemetery in Greenland with Pastor Bruce Steinberg officiating. Memorial Chapel and Plowe Funeral Home have been assisting the family.
